Retire like straws from the cobs, being careful not to tear them.
Bring a large pot of water over a high heat and bring to a boil. Merge like straws for 1 minute and transfer to a bowl. Dispense water, fill a pot with new water and return to the fire to boil.
While the water is boiling, prepare it like pamonhas: with a medium grater, in a large bowl, grate like ears of corn. After grating, scrape each cob with the back of a knife.
Over a bowl, sift or grated corn, squeezing well or bagasse with the back of a spoon until all the liquid is removed. Discard the bagasse. Add to the liquid or grated coconut, sugar, salt and mix well. It will acquire cream consistency.
To make a package of mush, put two straws on the countertop, one in front of the other and with the sides fitted. Together, they should take the shape of a tube. Use string to tie at a low, very firm angle. With one hand, hold this part, leaving a loose side facing up. Use a funnel for cream or cream. Close a mush and tie the top with string, leaving about 3 cm of space between the filling and the binding, so as not to leak. Transfer to a plate and repeat the process until all the cream is finished.
Transfer like pamonhas to a pot of boiling water and cook for 30 minutes. Retire with a slotted spoon, and let it cool before opening.
