"There is" é utilizado para o singular, "There are" para o plural!

Para passar para o negativo, basta substiuir o "are" por "are not" ou "aren't" e o "is" por "is not" ou "ins't".

Já para a interrogativa, é só inverter: o "there are" vira "Are there" e o "there is" vira "Is there". Lembrar de colocar o "?" no final da frase.

Traduções:
