- 1914 - With the beginning of the First World War Hitler enlisted in the German infantry.

- 1932 - Hitler runs for president, but is defeated by Paul von Hindemburg and begins to lose political strength. Soon afterwards he was appointed chancellor.

- 1934 - Hindemburg dies and Hitler takes power, and reoccupies territories lost during World War I.

- 1939 - After invading Czechoslovakia, Hitler advances over Poland and begins the Second World War. Less than a year later, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Belgium and Luxembourg are already under German command.

- 1941 - Hitler orders the mass murder of Jews and invades Russia.

- 1945 - Hitler committed suicide with the defeat and ordered that his body be burned.
