Beg you pardon a cashier said I heard this apology from a woman standing
behind a greenish desk at a junk food restaurant I had never been before that
day Well good news is I spared myself from eating huge amounts of additives in
food. As I was about to leave the place I spotted a guy hoovering up a humongous
burger and that definitely rang a bell to me as why it is so important to maintain a
healthy diet
I used to eat instant noodles a lot but after I learned from a colleague that its
excessive consumption may cause serious harm. I managed to kick it out of my life
Now. I have been having a hard time on trying to cut down on sugar
Two days ago my friends and I gathered for a small dance, drinks and light dinner
party The night was going well until the main course was served by the party

bad eating habits a couple of weeks before that event, and seeing such mouth-
watening meal felt like the universe was conspiring against me to keep me stuck

I heard this apology from a woman standing behind a greenish desk at a junk food restaurant I had never been before that day.

Well, good news, I spared myself from eating huge amounts of additives in food. As I was about to leave the place I spotted a guy hoovering up a humongous  burger and that definitely rang a bell to me as why it is so important to maintain a healthy diet.

I used to eat instant noodles a lot but after I learned from a colleague that its  excessive consumption may cause serious harm. I managed to kick it out of my life.

Now I have been having a hard time on trying to cut down on sugar.

Two days ago my friends and I gathered for a small dance, drinks and light dinner  party. The night was going well until the main course was served by the party, thrower roast chicken, much to my chagrin.

The thing is, I decided to change my  bad eating habits a couple of weeks before that event, and seeing such mouth-watening meal felt like the universe was conspiring against me to keep me stuck where I was.

I was left no choice but to sneack away from that place.

Additives - Aditivos. (Fiquei com dúvida de colocar essa, já que ela não é exatamente um alimento, mas algo muito utilizado em comidas industrializadas).

Instant noodles - Macarrão Instantâneo.

Sugar  - Açúcar.

Roast chicken - Frango assado.
