Basta passar o verbo auxiliar, nesse caso o verbo to be, para o início da frase, ficando com essa formação:

Verb to be + sujeito + going to + (...) ?

A) Is your girlfriend going to work in my company?

B) Are they going to buy a big farm tomorrow ?

C) Are the students going to send the lessons next week ?

D) Am I going to visit my friend in my vacation ?
