Resposta: The internet has brought benefits to humanity in terms of mobility and the creation of
new communication environments. On the other hand, invisibility, anonymity, speed and
the possibility of spreading online content to large audiences, are some
characteristics of cyberspace that makes it a vulnerable place. When we reflect on the use
of this tool by young people today, we have seen an increase in cases of aggression
in which teenagers are humiliated and offended on social media and more, expose their
intimacies on the internet, generating consequences, often irreversible. We know that
virtual aggression, although apparently occurring outside the school environment, reflects in this space,
since the internet is also a place of interaction between school actors. Given this
In reality, the need to expand the school's formative role is evident, recognizing the
conflicts that can be experienced in this cyber space and the need for discussion about
such questions, seeking educational strategies to train in this area. From such
finding, we propose a bibliographic research, of the State of the Art type, which had as its
objective to describe and analyze educational programs aimed at preventing and reducing
incidence of cyberbullying and cyber aggression. At first we used the databases
Scielo, Bvs, Eric, Apa Pshyc Net and Bireme, to search for scientific articles published in
periodicals, from 2000 to 2015; however, using the criterion of selecting only
empirical studies that contained sufficient information about the programs were
few articles were found. We expanded our searches in books, theses,
dissertations and websites, totaling 19 sources, which were used to describe 5 programs
educational: Prires, Cybertrainig, Kiva, Conred and Beatbullying. The programs have been described
from the categories: objective, theoretical references, characteristics, contents, activities and
evaluation; and analyzed in the light of the Piagetian constructivist perspective, aiming to identify at
practices are conducive to the development of students' moral self-regulation. The results
obtained indicate that the Prires program generally met our analysis criteria.
We believe in the relevance of the present investigation, since we present the
characteristics of the various facets of virtual aggression, as well as analyzing the interventions
educational tools in the literature to prevent and reduce the incidence of these problems,
bringing implications that can support future actions in Brazilian schools.
