pois nessas duas frases está presente o verbo will, que é usado para indicar futuro, ou seja, algo que irá acontecer

na frase da letra b), ele está na forma negativa, pois está escrito (will not)

já na frase da letra e), o verbo will está no afirmativo, pois foi escrito em sua forma base mesmo
