Não sei se era esse tipo de frase que você está procurando..mas mesmo assim, espero ter te ajudado! ;)
tem coisa errada ai...você não pode substituir um verbo qualquer por was/were, quando o a frase é negativa você coloca "didn't" + o verbo sem conjugar, ali no caso da primeira frase ficaria " I didn't go to..." e a forma negativa de were é "weren't" e não "wasn't"
Sim, tem alguns erros.
A ultima por exemplo, também está mal, porque mudou de Present Simple para Present Perfect.
