1- negative: she doesn't visit her friends on weekends.
interrogative: does she visit her friends on weekends?
2- negative: they don't have a nice car.
interrogative: do they have a nice car?
3- negative: Jane doesn't go to work by bus.

Para formar frases no negativo do presente, basta colocar o auxiliar don't/doesn't antes do verbo principal no infinitivo
Já para formar frases no interrogativo, basta colocar o auxiliar do/does antes da frase e o verbo principal no infinitivo, junto com o ponto de interrogação
