O presente trabalho trata sobre a Lei 11.340/2006, conhecida por Lei Maria da Penha e suas eficácias e/ou ineficácias, tendo como objetivo,em sentido amplo, demonstrar que a violência doméstica contra a mulher ocorre diariamente e que é um problema social que precisa ser sanado, pois causa danos irreparáveis em muitas mulheres pelo mundo todo, gerando problemas de saúde para o resto da vida. Inicialmente com um apanhado geral relacionando a violência doméstica com o Brasil, etapa em que expõe os tipos de violência doméstica descritos na referida lei. Depois dessa análise, aborda detalhadamente cada uma das medidas protetivas de urgência e sua disposição, ao passo em que se faz possível a análise de sua eficácia e/ou ineficácia, através da pesquisa de campo.

ABSTRACT

This paper focuses on the Law 11,340 / 2006, known as Maria da Penha Law and its efficacy and / or inefficiencies, aimed, broadly, demonstrate that domestic violence against women occurs daily and that is a social problem that needs to be remedied because it causes irreparable damage to many women around the world, causing health problems for the rest of his life. Initially with an overview linking domestic violence with Brazil, stage setting out the types of domestic violence described in the Act. After this analysis, discusses in detail each of the urgent protective measures and their disposal, while one makes possible the analysis of their effectiveness and / or ineffectiveness, through field research.
