1) Rebecca think something was wrong with Marcos’s present because she knows Valentine’s day is celebrated at the beginning of the year (Letter B).

Quando Rebecca diz:  "I thank you so much... but, something is wrong! We are on June 12th and Valentine’s day is on February 14th.", ela diz que agradece pelo presente, mas que algo deve estar errado, pois o dia do diálogo é 12 de junho e o dia dos namorados é em 14 de fevereiro, ou seja, no início do ano.

2) A imagem diz que eles se gostam, mas não se declaram um para o outro (Letra B).

A escrita: "She likes him. He likes her. Everyone knows. Except them." significa que ela gosta dele, ele gosta dela e todos sabem, exceto eles próprios. Portanto, é correto afirmar que o casal se gosta, porém, não se declaram um para o outro.
