Na forma negativa do simple present nós usamos:

I am: I am not ou I'm not

You are: You are not ou You aren't

He is: He is not ou He isn't

She is: She is not ou She isn't

It is: It is not ou It isn't

We are: We are not ou We aren't

They are: They are not ou They aren't

Na forma interrogativa nós apenas colocamos o verbo antes do sujeito.

Ex: She is beautiful.

Is She beautiful?

She = Sujeito

Is = Verbo ( to be)
