I am brazillian, I hope that will be useful for you, and sorry if I made a mistake, my english ain't too good.
A) Brazil is one of the most multi ethnical countries in the world. The coexistence of black, white, natives and asian people ( mostly japanese ) is something unique and that mean its reflect of a great social diversity, although there is racism here, as it is in whole world.
B) Yes, because of slavery, the bad stereotypes about black people still remain in the brazillian society. Black people earn less money, die earlier, has less opportunities on the market and they study less too, in comparison with white and other races. So, the stereotypes usually put the blacks as criminal people. Something similar with the US situation, but here the blacks are the majority, although in US is just the contrary.
C) I did not understand this question and the other one too.
