divida tudo por 3

3^x + 3^3/3^x = 12

3^x + 27/3^x - 12 = 0

substitui por y

y + 27/y - 12 = 0

multiplica por y

y^2 - 12y + 27 = 0

faça bhaskara

3^x' = 9

3^x' = 3^2

inora 3

x' = 2

3^x'' = 3

3^x'' = 3^1

ignora 3

x'' = 1
