(Nesse caso, troca-se o has por have para manter o texto correto).

c) Rob hasn’t been studying hard this semester.

(Essa frase está correta)

d) I have bought four jackets this month.

(A frase antiga estava dizendo que ela tem comprado quatro jaquetas esse mês, ai a frase está errada, essa corrigida coloca a frase como se ela tivesse comprado 4 jaquetas em um mês).

(Essa frase também está correta)
