Explicação:

O "present perfect" de qualquer verbo é composto por dois elementos: a forma apropriada do verbo auxiliar have (no presente) e o "past participle" do verbo principal.

Obs.: Has é o verbo have conjugado nos pronomes She, He e It.

Estrutura Present Perfect na forma interrogativa:

Na forma interrogativa, o verbo auxiliar (have/has) deve estar antes do sujeito.

Verbo auxiliar have/has + Sujeito + verbo principal no passado particípio + complemento

Usando a resposta como exemplo:

Have they lived here for five weeks?

Have - Verbo auxiliar

they - Sujeito

lived - verbo principal no passado particípio

here for five weeks - complemento

Estrutura Present Perfect na forma negativa:  

Na forma negativa, deve-se adicionar not logo após o verbo auxiliar (have/has).

Obs.: Hasn't e haven't são a forma contraída do verbo auxilior com not.

Has + not = hasn't

Have + not = haven't
