Answer:

Considering that one of the roots is 1, we can say the following as a main rule of quadratic equations: 2 * 1^2 - 5 * 1 + 3a = 0.

That's because the roots are nothing more and nothing less than the parable hitting the x axis, that's why we say that we can replace X with one of the roots.

And the second member generally representing the Y axis... for example: if the Y axis hits 0, then x will be : 1.

The equation itself would have a result of : a = 1.

2 * 1 - 5 * 1 + 3a = 0 >> 2 - 5 + 3a = >> -3 + 3a = 0  >> 3a = 3 >> a = 1.
