With the expansion of the internet around the world and the ease of communication it provides, people's interest in owning their own space on the web has grown. However, to set up a home page and publish it, it was necessary to have a certain technical domain, which few people had.
From this conflicting interest and difficulty, bloggers emerged, which are services that offer tools to enable ordinary Internet users to publish their own texts on the internet. According to wikipedia, blogger is "a word created by Pyra Labs and is a service that offers tools for individuals to publish texts on the Internet" without the need for technical, programming or software skills. These individual spaces made available by bloggers were called blogs.
