log15 = log30/2 = log(10.3)/2 = log10 + log3  - log2
1 + b - a.
log 20 = log( 2.10 ) = log2 + log10 = a + 1.

log(a.b) = log a + log b
log a/b = log a - log b

log_{x}(a*b)=log_{x}(a)+log_{x}(b)\\log_{x}(a/b)=log_{x}(a)-log_{x}(b)\\log_{n}n=1

log~15=log~(30/2)\\log~15=log(3*10/2)\\log~15=log~3+log~10-log~2\\log~15=b+1-a\\log~15=b-a+1

log~20=log~(2*10)\\log~20=log~2+log~10\\log~20=a+1
