informação: toda a vez que for passar uma frase pra forma negativa, é só colocar o not na frente do is e are:

She/he/it is not

We/you/ they are not

forma interrogativa

informação: é só inverter o lugar dos pronomes pelo o lugar do is e are na frase para formar uma frase interrogativa, desse jeito:
