No If you use the corretly forms and followed all the traffic laws it's no reason to be dangerous, accident happen in any circustain but you need to be carreful and atenccion, you not drive alone you're responsible to many other peoples at the streets, the most case of accidents happen with motocycles, the speed limit is so disrespected between them, that's the cause, respect is the fundamental for a driver, and all your learning should be used on the streets.

Brazil the laws are so disrespected in the same way, the traffic ticket it's not expansive and you don't go the jail for this cases.
