c) y = 3x + 4

y + 7x = 10

Se y = 3x+4 --> então --> (3x+4) + 7x = 10 --> resolvendo --> 7x+3x = 10 - 4 -->  10x = 6 --> x = 6\10 --> x = 3\5 

Se x = 3\5 --> y = 3x+4 --> y= 3 ( 3\5) + 4 ---> y= 9\5 +4 ---> y = 29\5

Substituindo y na segunda equação:

(3x+4)+7x = 10
3x+7x+4 = 10
10x+4 = 10
10x = 10-4
10x = 6
x = 6/10
x = 3/5

y = 3x+4
y = 3(3/5)+4
y = 9/5+4
y = (9+20)/5
y = 29/5
