During the week, I go to work in the morning and have lunch around noon. I also work in the afternoon and in the evening from Monday to Friday. After work, I have dinner and I
usually watch TV or a movie. I often go to bed around 11:00 p.m.
I like to eat a lot and one of my favorite things is to take a coffee break in the afternoon – it’s really nice to eat something and drink hot coffee because it gives me energy to continue my activities.
On the weekends, I don’t work much and I have more time to have fun. It’s fun to watch a soccer game on TV and I enjoy spending time with my wife. On Sundays, I sleep until eleven a.m and stay at home all day doing nothing. This is how I get ready to go back to work on Mondays.

Durante a semana, vou trabalhar de manhã e almoço por volta do meio-dia. Eu também trabalho à tarde e à noite de segunda a sexta-feira. Depois do trabalho, eu janto e eu
costuma assistir TV ou um filme. Costumo ir para a cama por volta das 23h00.
Gosto de comer muito e uma das minhas coisas favoritas é fazer uma pausa para o café à tarde - é muito bom comer algo e beber café quente porque me dá energia para continuar minhas atividades.
Nos finais de semana, não trabalho muito e tenho mais tempo para me divertir. É divertido assistir a um jogo de futebol na TV e gosto de passar o tempo com minha esposa. Aos domingos, durmo até as onze da manhã e fico em casa o dia todo sem fazer nada. É assim que me preparo para voltar ao trabalho às segundas-feiras.
