B- Change for better but we need to know with knowledge and have a time to use for the good of our health

C- Adjavantages: Currently we can find all answers,we can see the weather forecast,make and chat with a friends,see the all news,watch videos, and thousands of other things

Disadvantages: The addiction is a big problem because we become dependents of social networks,and this can couse several problems,like Insomnia,myopia and astigmatism and until depression
