Para fazer na neg, apenas tem de passar o verbo "to be" para o negativo. (onde eu coloquei "isn't" ou "aren't", você pode substituir por "is not" no caso do "isn't" e "are not" no caso do "aren't")
E para fazer na int, você tem de inverter, primeiro o verbo, depois o I/he/she/it/you/we/they
