Resposta:

I ______live_________ in Rio de Janeiro. (to live )

Sarah ________drinks_______ coffee for breakfast. ( to drink)

My brother _________watches___________TV in the evening. (to watch)

They ________play____________tennis on Sundays. (to play)

We __________study__________English at school . (to study)

Mike__________studies________ Spanish on Mondays. ( to study)

Lucy_________goes__________to school by bus. ( to go)

You __________speak__________Portuguese. ( to speak )

He_________loves____________ milkshakes. ( to love)

Peter ___________washes___________his car every Saturday .( to wash)

Explicação:

• Se o verbo termina com S, SS, SH, CH, O , X ou Z = você adiciona ES

Exemplo: WASH = WASHES, GO = GOES, FIX = FIXES, PASS = PASSES...

• Se o verbo termina com CONSOANTE + Y = tira o Y e adiciona IES

Exemplo: STUDY = STUDIES, CRY = CRIES, TRY = TRIES...

• Se o verbo for HAVE = ele se torna HAS

E se a palavra não se encaixar em nenhuma dessas regras, você só adiciona o S no final.

Por exemplo: O verbo live não se encaixa em nenhuma das regras, então você só adiciona o S. Aí fica lives
