Explicação:

DO e DOES são auxiliares no tempo Presente da Língua Inglesa, usado em frases interrogativas e Negativas.

Neste exercício, todas as questões são interrogativas, neste caso, o auxiiar DO vem antes do pronome pessoal (I, WE, YOU, THEY) para a elaboração da pergunta.  O mesmo ocorre com DOES que vem antes do pronome pessoal ( HE, SHE, IT) para também a elaboração de perguntas. O verbos, como por exemplo: need, work, go, etc não sofrem alterações, se mantem na forma infinitiva.
