How can the law,the citizen and community can protect and support victims of human rights violations​

if a person suffers from the violation of human rights, the whole population suffers too, so they should:

• don't buy illegal weapons
• teach about human rights at school or even at home
• not practice social exclusion in every way
• ensure means for the smaller groups to become visible to the community where they are inserted

p.s: i don't know if it's right because i studied human rights two years ago
