(obs: onde tiver "..." você conpleta a frase como está na questão)

- i am not studying here / am i studying here?

- It isn't raining now/ is It raining now?

-you aren't.../ are you...?

- he isn't .../ is he?

- i am not.../ am i...?

- aren't.../ are we....?

- she ins't.../ is she...?

- It isn't.../ is It...?

- they aren't.../ are they...?

- you aren't.../ are you...?

- i am not.../ AM i....?

- Suzy and Sarah aren't.../ are Suzy and Sarah...?

- she isn't.../ is she

- Robert ins't.../is Robert

-you aren't.../ are you...?

-My mother ins't.../ is My mother...?

-they aren't.../ are they...?

-Children aren't.../ are Children...?

-i am not.../ am i...?

-You and me aren't/ are You and me

e assim sucessivamente, note que os verbos to be são am, are e is.

para flexionarmos de forma negativa, basta colocar o not ao lado. já usando as contratações, ficam: ins't e aren't (não flexionarmos o verbo "am", apenas adicionamos o not).

para a forma interrogativa:

basta inverter a ordem do verbo e sujeito, ou seja, o verbo to be (am, are e is) vem no início da frase e o sujeito vem logo em seguida.
