C) N: my father did not drink a beer.

D) N: Flavia did not go to school by car last week.

I: Did Flavia go to school by car last week?

Nas frases negativas colocamos not após o verbo auxilar. Nas Interrogativas colocamos o verbo auxilar na frente do pronome. E quando usamos um verbo auxilar não conjulgamos o verbo, ele volta para forma original.
