para passar a frase para a negativa em inglês, é só usar o verbo modal 'do' + o 'not' = don't. Mas lembre-se que na terceira pessoa se usa o 'does' + 'not' = doesn't.

ex: He doesn't have a dog. They don't have a dog.

para passar para a interrogativa, é só colocar o verbo 'do' na frente do sujeito.

Do you have a dog?
