Explicação:

Em interrogações nós utilizamos os auxiliares no início da frase, usando "Do" para "I, you, they, we" e "Does" para "he, she, it", já em frases negativas, nós utilizamos o pronome e logo em seguida os auxiliares na forma negativa (Do + not = don't, does + not = doesn't), usando "Don't" para "I, you, they, we" e "doesn't" para "he, she, it".
