Resposta:

A- Interrogativa: Is my dog running on the beach?

Negativa: My dog is not running on the beach

B- Interrogativa: Was she living in the U.S.A?

Negativa: She wasn't living in the U.S.A

C- Interrogativa: Were we washing the dishes?

Negativa: We weren't washing the dishes

D- Interrogativa: Was it flying here?

Negativa: It wasn't flying here

E- Interrogativa: Aren't you reading the book?

Negativa: You aren't reading the book

Explicação:

Na interrogativa, só colocar o To Be no início da frase

Na negativa, acrescenta o not ou abrevia n't
