B. The objective of the poster is to gather food and other objects that flood victims might be in need of.

C. Toiletries, mineral water, candies, blankets and biscuits are suggested for donation. I think there are better non-perishable food items to be donated instead of candies and biscuits, such as rice, canned and jerky meats, pasta, as well as some perishable food items like fruits and vegetables.

D. It is important because waiting for the government to take action might take a while, whereas people's contribution might be much faster and disasters victims can't wait to get help.
