1: They are still playing in the garden right now.

Int: Are they  still playing in the garden right now?

Neg: They are not  playing in the garden right now.

2: Sally is leaving the country in two days.

Int: Is Sally  leaving the country in two days?

Neg: Sally is not leaving the country in two days.

3: We are going to the prom together.

Int: Are we  going to the prom together?

Neg: We aren't going to the prom together.

4:  I am eating my favorite chocolate cake.

Int: Am I eating my favorite chocolate cake?

Neg: I'm not eating my favorite chocolate cake.

5: Richard is dating Monica, can you believe?

Int: Is Richard dating Monica? Can you believe?

Neg: Richard is not dating Monica, can you believe?

6: You are walking the dog alone.

Int: Are you  walking the dog alone?

Neg: You are not walking the dog alone.

Explicação:

Nas sentenças interrogativas, o verbo fica no início da sentença. Nas negativas, colocamos o not depois do verbo.
