A. If I received a broken gift for my birthday, I'd try to find a way to either return the gift or exchange it for something else at the place it was bought.

B. If I bought a damaged product, I'd return to the shop and ask for it to be replaced.

C. If I bought spoilt food, I'd send it back to the restaurant and ask for my money back.
