RESPOSTA:
a) The Together Old and Young (TOY) approach to IGL brings young children (0-8) and older adults together to share experiences, have fun, learn from each other and develop meaningful relationships. Intergenerational Learning activities in TOY are friendly and informal social encounters, where children and adults can equally partake as the learner and the teacher.
b) The task of the "heritage Holders" is to maintain the history of a neighborhood alive, bringing different generations of local residents together and share stories.
c) I don't know of any similar initiative here in Brazil, but it would be a great idea!
d) lder people could help in many other ways, they already have a large body of experience and could shorten paths and challenges that young people will still go through.
