Explicação:

Para deixar algo no negativo, basta adicionar n't ou not ao verbo to be,

No caso dessas frases, poderia ser de duas maneiras: wasn't (como eu usei), ou was not.

A mesma regra se aplica a do, does, are, is, were, dentre outros.

O significado é o mesmo, não importa qual você escolher.
