Resposta:

a) Neg: There aren't five cars on the street

Int: Are there five cars on the street?

b) Neg: There isn't a church on my street

Int: Is there a church on my street?

c) Neg: There isn't a bike in my house

Int: Is there a bike in my house?

d) Neg: There aren't four dogs in my house

Int: Are there four dogs in my house?

Explicação:

Nas frases negativas, acrescentamos o "not" junto com o is/are. No caso ele é muito utilizado abreviado como "isn't" ou "aren't". Nas frases interrogativas trocamos de lugar o is/are (verb to be) com o there.
