essa é bem simples, na interrogativa tu só precisa trocar a posição do auxiliar (no caso os verbos modais), colocar ele antes do sujeito da frase.

na negativa tu só precisa colocar "not" depois do auxiliar, ou contrair/juntar o auxiliar com "not"

cannot - can't

could not - couldn't

would not - wouldn't

will not - won't

should not - shouldn't

ought not to - oughtn't to (esse provavelmente deixaria "ought not to" mesmo)

must not - mustn't (esse também iria preferir deixar must not)

may not (não tem forma contraída com not)

might not (também não tem forma contraída)
