O prefixo é a parte que vem antes da palavra em si. No inglês existem diversos deles, alguns com um significado particular e outros com um significado compartilhado.

Prefixos

Os principais prefixos usados aqui são anti- opposite of, co- with, micro- very small, inter- between, mis- wrongly, post- after, over- too much, auto- self, re- again.  

  1. We call interaction the actions between two or more people.
  2. When two authors work together on a book or paper, they are co-writing
  3. The period after a war can be called post-war
  4. A book that someone writes about himself /herself is an autobiography.
  5. A very large structure can be called a macrostructures.
  6. To build something again is to rebuild
  7. Someone who has worked to much is overworked
  8. When the ending of a movie is the opposite of a climax, we can call it anticlimax
  9. Something that is neither big or small can be called midsize.
  10. A very tiny organism is a microorganism.
  11. To behave incorrectly is to misbehave.
