  • Quando um verbo tiver uma só sílaba ou sua última sílaba for a tônica e termina em uma sequência de consoante + vogal + consoante, devemos dobrar a última consoante e acrescentar –ed.

  • Se o verbo (regular) terminar com a letra –e basta acrescentar a letra “d” ao final: ...

  • No caso do verbo terminar com uma consoante e um “y”, joque o “y” na lixeira e escreva “-ied” no lugar dele:
