Yesterday it was very hot and when I was at my best friend's house, we drank some cold soda. It was great! I love soda.

Last saturday I was in my twin sister's place. I love being with her. We have been best friends since we where born. We were talking about our next family vacation. Last time we travelled we had a lot of fun. Our kids were extremely happy. Besides, there was also a lot of fun for us, grown ups.

We went to Porto Seguro/Bahia. We were thinking about having fun, but also making our kids learn a little bit more about brazilian culture and history, getting to know the place where this country was discovered.

We was at the very spot where the first mass of the country took place. We also saw the landmark of discovery and several beautiful old little houses, which seems to take us back to the past, in the historic center of Porto Seguro. The kids also had the opportunity to get in touch with indigenous culture. The indians are native peoples of the country. There were several indigenous villages in Porto Seguro.

One of the best things is that, among all these cultural activities, there were many amazing beaches to visit and at night a lot of restaurants with  typical bahian food and amazing drinks. It was a lovely trip. We hope to have as much fun this time as we had on our last vacation.
