b) No, because the weather is so unstable, it really doesn't matter what it says, since the weather can quickly change and not match what was foreseen.

c) Scarves. shorts and flip-flops.

d) She prefers it when it's mild.

e) It's mostly sunny and rainy.

f) I prefer sunny/cold/mild weather. (pessoal, escolha oq mais te agrada)
