nowadays we are living under an epidemic of time robbers there are lots of distrations within our cellphones and notifications all the time people calling us on social media, and even over-working leading to burnout syndroms that just to name a few, however we have to point out that there are several ways to counter those time robbers such as procastinations unecessary email checking so on and so forth, we must have a time in our day where we are trully focusing in our real tasks wheter its from work or from personal studies and personal lifes, where we thoroughly focus in our deeds! avoiding distractions with our mobile gadgets and other things, of course we can not focus for countless hours, experts are categorical when saying that we should try as most as possible to develop a schedule from fifty to ninety minutes of total focus! and have a rest time where we can be distracted and have light thinking so on and so forth! that should be enough to make up with those time robbers of modern society!
