it represents a human brain made with soap correlating the use of some mechanisms and ways to combat some diseases that many people have ignored over time

b. How do you relate the image in text 2 to the sentence 'Use It.'?​

it relates by the fact that some people do not use their brains they just let it degrades over time, doing things useless! for instance people do not wash their hands when they get from street thinking that the virus does not exists so on and so forth as was widely spread over the peak of the pandemic
