Passive voice, active voice
A voz passiva é característica da frase que aponta um sujeito que sofrendo uma ação. Do contrário, há a voz ativa, que caracteriza um sujeito que é responsável pela ação da sentença.
De forma mais simplificada, pode-se dizer que quando uma frase é escrita na voz ativa, o sujeito executa a ação. Já na voz passiva, o sujeito recebe a ação. A exemplo disso:
