Ingredients

• 1 cup (tea) wheat flour
• ¼ cup (tea) of sugar
• ½ cup (tea) of butter
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

Procedure

1. Place the flour, sugar, butter and vanilla essence in a bowl.
2. Separate into 3 portions.
3. Make a roll with each portion and cut each roll into 1cm thick slices.
4. Grease a large baking sheet with butter and flour.
5. Distribute the cookies on the baking sheet.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until cookies are golden.
7. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
8. Cover the cookies with some melted chocolate.
