Tensions and problems in adolescence are very frequent, since this phase of life is marked by a series of important changes at the physical, psychological, cognitive and social levels. In other words, this period proves to be particularly challenging, which makes young people more vulnerable to the development of emotional or behavioral disorders.

Adolescence is a transitional phase, in which the individual no longer recognizes himself as a child, but has not yet reached the desired maturity for adult life. Forming their individual wills, but being prevented from making decisions that they consider relevant can trigger more rebellious behaviors or even depressive conditions.
