5 my morning routines consist in self care for most part of the time! therefore here are some things that i often do before school, first of all i wake up everyday at 5 AM and them i drink at least three glasses of water, them i go to the bathroom for my biological necessities, after that i change my clothes put on some sports clothing and go to the Gym without having any food before, then after the gym where i frequently stay for at least thirty up to one hour i come back home and take a shower! after the shower i have my breakfast where i have scrambled eggs with oatmeal, and a cup of coffee with whey protein! then after that i leave home for school! and that is my morning routine! thank you !
